V-2000 Multi-analyte Photometer

The CHEMetrics Model V-2000 photometer, is the most advanced portable microprocessor-based LED water analyzer on the market today. Packed with features, this portable instrument is pre-programmed to measure 30 analytes automatically, using CHEMetrics’ Vacu-vials® self-filling ampoules. With minimal sample preparation, mixing or chemical contact, operator safety is insured.

As new tests become available, a fast, simple, program upload procedure updates the V-2000 so it's always current. It is so advanced that the user can easily create a custom method and customized calibration. Up to five data points can be used to define a custom method, and ten custom methods can be stored in the photometer’s memory. A simple interface guides the user through setup and measurement.

The V-2000 is battery operated, lightweight, rugged and waterproof to IP67 standards. Integration of state-of-the-art technology and research gives this instrument outstanding capability.

Other features:
Readout in concentration, absorbance or percent transmittance
    Time and date tags
Storage of up to 100 data points for download
    A two-year warranty

The V-2000 is an accurate and totally reliable instrument for superior water quality testing in the laboratory or in the field.
Note: For COD NPDES reporting, a spectrophotometer is the preferred method of measurement.  LED photometers, such as the V-2000, do not produce equivalent accuracy, precision, and sensitivity.
