Shipping policies
Orders placed on this website may be shipped to U.S. destinations only, not including territories and possessions. Please contact a CHEMetrics customer service representative for assistance with export orders.
Shipments are FOB Midland, Virginia. Title to merchandise passes to customer when it leaves the factory. We email shipment confirmations with tracking numbers.
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, CHEMetrics is working to ensure continuity of operations. As a supplier to the critical infrastructure workforce and out of an abundance of caution, product lead-time has been lengthened by five (5) days for all shipments, regardless of the shipping service selected. We thank you for your patience during these challenging times.
Order status
You will be notified by UPS or Federal Express via email providing you with a tracking number for your shipment. To check the status of your order, please contact us at 800.356.3072 or info@chemetrics.com.
Shipping and handling fees
For orders not placed online, shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. A $4 process and handling fee will apply to all collect shipments.
